It is now below 7°C...friendly reminder from our Ottawa Personal Injury Lawyers to install your winter tires!
Winter is coming and it’s time to put your winter tires on! We always recommend having your snow tires installed before the first snowfall. Once it starts reaching below 7°C, you should change your winter tires in order to benefit from the increased traction, breaking, and handling they provide. If you wait too long or if you wait for the first snowfall, it could take days before you get an appointment with your mechanic. Don’t compromise your safety and the safety of others! Always be safe and patient with other drivers.
TIP: Make sure you have four winter tires. We never recommend to only installing 2 in the front OR 2 in the back. That is dangerous and could result in a complete loss of control.
